A Bit About Me
Sharon is known within her state as a wraparound expert and is frequently called upon to provide training, coaching and consulting to local agencies. She has presented at industry conferences and has been an active partner in preparation for Washington’s statewide system of care implementation. Sharon has taken an active role in developing her leadership team by embracing a coaching framework and shifting to an adaptive framework.
