Liz is a seasoned behavioral health leader with 15+ years of experience across government agencies, private-sector organizations, and direct‐service roles. With a commitment to transforming systems of care and amplifying the voices of those with lived experience, she has driven meaningful change through both policy and infrastructure development and strives to create supportive environments where everyone can thrive. Liz is known for her collaborative spirit, modeling coaching, and her unwavering dedication to shaping a more effective and compassionate behavioral health landscape. Liz has her Master of Social Work and currently serves as a supervisor in the Prenatal through 25 Behavioral Health Section at the Washington State Health Care Authority.
